We are currently raising funds to obtain a critical MRI and corrective surgery for Stiorra.  Stiorra was born with Spina Bifida and has an open lesion on her sacra lumbar spine.  The MRI and surgical repair have been quoted at $6000-9000 at the Washington State University.

The cost of feed is approximately $55/day for the residents of KAFS.  We feed high quality feeds and grass hays to the animals who reside here.

In addition to regular maintenance and vet checks, we vet every new resident of the farm to ensure they are healthy and to assess quality of life and treatment plans.  Our veterinarian team provides the highest level of compassion and care to the animals at KAFS.
